Below is a list of annual  and semi-annual fundraisers.  If you have a desire to help in any capacity with any of these events, please email the BAND BOOSTERS or Mrs. Fillingham.

 

 

Band Carwashes, Spring & Fall - Every year the band hosts 2 carwashes at a local retailer/business.  All students in the marching band are expected to participate in this fundraiser.

 

Orange and Blue Preview Concert, BBQ & Silent Auction -  This fundraiser is held in conjunction with the end of July band camp performance. Students sell tickets for a BBQ dinner in the OE Commons immediately after the Preview Concert, which takes place in the OE Gym, followed by a silent auction. Spirit wear for the year is also available for purchase at this event.

 

If you have connections through your employment for donations to the silent auction, please contact Mrs. Fillingham. Historically this is our largest fundraiser of the year.  We regularly feed more than 500 people at this event.

OE Bands Basket Bingo - The event is typically held on a Sunday afternoon in January or February.  All band students participate in selling tickets for the event, which is typically a 2 hour event with complimentary refreshments.  Bingo winners receive themed prize baskets valued at $100+!  Additionally, a wide range of prizes are raffled throughout the event.

 

Trip Fundraisers - Each year we designate at least one fundraiser towards our major trip that we take every three years.  Next trip will be in 2027!
